Overview
      Segment 13's highpoint sits neatly between the Silver Creek TH to the north and the Avalanche TH to the south. This highpoint is labeled here on this site (the Segment 13 page) as Waypoint 7 at an elevation of 11920 ft. From the Silver Creek TH the highpoint is 3.5 miles with 2,457 ft of elevation gain.  Alternately, from the Avalanche TH this highpoint is 3.1 miles and 2,504 ft of elevation gain.

Hike Overview
      While unnamed 12505A is an official Colorado peak it is rarely ever climbed. This peak shares a ridge with the very popular 14er Mt Yale. The Colorado Trail passes right between them. This short hike from the segment highpoint is an easy class 1 hike.

Hike Details
      This hike is a mere 1.50 miles round trip from where you leave the Colorado Trail Segment 13 highpoint. What's more, it's only an additional 585 ft of elevation gain from the highpoint. Expect on average about 1 hour to make the round trip. As you reach the trail highpoint the summit of UN12505A is just off to the east. Looking east you can see 12505 with it's small false summits:

 There is not always a really obvious trail over to this summit but its an easy ridge to follow.
